The room is big in size, and comfortable overall. The room was quite, with acceptable isolation from noise.

The carpet in the room was not clean, with many spots on it. I was surprised that another guest entered my room, as he was given the room number and key. the receptionist called me back and apologized for this mistake.

Nice and light. It only needed good wifi.

Everything was good. Nice location with a 5-minute walking distance from the beach and many resturants, caffees and other stores. The room was clean and the AC was perfect.

Wifi connection was very very poor. In many instances, I couldn’t even connect.

Most of the furniture looked new

Room service didn't have most of the items listed on the midnight menu. We asked for juices and shakes they weren't there. We asked for an Americano pizza and the guy called back to say we only have margherita available and that too wasn't fresh; it was a frozen pizza that they re-heated

At morning no water in the path room no apology from reception seems that they don't care reception stuff are not qualified at all in check in they couldn't find my booking easily then they gave me not active key to the room..... !!!!!! I asked for late check out 2 PM instead of 12 receptionist said ok then they called me twice to check out at 12 Furniture old dirty Sad hotel no one was smiling except the man of the pool Pad experience not going to this hotel again

Nothing very bad experience !!

First of all I will not reserve room again from booking, why I will do and most of hotels are not respecting and they change rooms and some of them telling us to reserve from them. About hotel it's one sentences totally unprofessional people. I need to complain to Golden Tulip worldwide, the receptionist telling me no house keeping after midnight the receptionist changing my room three times, the bath sink is blocked no hot water no water katel no fridge in room no hospitality in room and when I told to the manager he told me is the hospitality is important to you he think it's unnecessary and he thing i'm doing over, and when I'm try to solve the problem for my self he didn't even try to tell me from where I can buy water !! room without water !! no housekeeping !! no one assist and because I pay to booking not refund what an insult I had !! I'm trying to complain to KSA authority but I have no time actually I promises the receptionist I will escalate the problem to the highest people I can reach and he welcomed this. SO PLEASE REMOVE GOLDEN TULIP FROM THE NAME OF THE HOTEL IF IT'S NOT RELATED TO THEIR STANDARD>

good location nice room i would to thank and appreciate the Mr. Fahad who is working by frond disk during night shift really good example for professional way for dealing with people in 4 stars hotel keep going.

the girl who is working by front disk( reception ) she need courses how to deal with costumers special in 4 and 5 stars hotel she is slow , noise and bad communication with costumers

Eid vacation 21 to 24 augest 2018

Reception was great special thanks to salem the receptionist. Food at restaurant: sea food, was tasty. Staff at restaurant were even better than the food. Rooms were nice and house keeping is well done.

Swimming pool is not tended to. Turbid water for 3 days stay.

Nothing makes me like the hotel.

Nothing makes me like the hotel. Apart from a Saudi girl who works in the reception. She was so kind, and I was trying to connect with the WI-FI but I couldn’t because the connection was too low, then she was kindly offered to me to connect from her phone and gets the hotspot that was the good.

Totally a BAD connection , and there was an Egyptian guy that I didn’t like the way when he responds to the customer. Although, it took a long time to reply to me when I needed to order. Even though, the view wasn’t that good, also the swimming pool wasn’t outdoor it was indoor which could cause an annoyed from the customer and i was one of them.
